With more than 25 years of professional accounting and finance experience, you know you’re handing off your financial concerns to an expert.

Renata was born and raised in Europe, and before moving to the U.S., she served as an accountant and auditor. Renata has lived in the Florida Keys for the past 19 years. She has more than 25 years of auditing and accounting experience, including individual, partnership, corporate and non-for-profit income tax preparation. Renata also worked 6 years in accounting and finance department at the bank and after serving as a partner of a Key West accounting firm, she opened Coll CPA Solutions PA. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Renata is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and Quickbooks Proadvisor.

With a practical background in marketing, and real estate investments, and over 30 years of successful business experience, Daniel has the right tools to communicate with clients and colleagues to market your homes to the public and other agents, and to negotiate the best possible purchase or sale for his clients. Daniel stays active in his community, his extensive background in community service include, past president of Lower Keys Rotary, recipient of 2014 Rotarian of the Year, mentor with Take Stock in Children program, served 8 years with Big Pine Volunteer Fire Dept. as a Captain, and later, as president of the Board of Directors, earning him 2003 Firefighter of the year, he is also an active supporter of various charities and non-profit organizations.

Lucie was born and raised in Czechoslovakia, have lived in Key West for past 20 years. She is a mother of two who likes to read, travel, spend time with family and friends.
